Earth Day 2024: Shoring Up With QDZ

Climate change not only affects global ecosystems and natural environments but also impacts business operations and production worldwide. As a responsible global corporation, QDZ is committed to protecting the environment by reducing energy consumption and emissions across every process: from design, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics to usage and recycling.

On this Earth Day (April 22, 2024), QDZ officially launched a collaboration project with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) to jointly protect the oceans. The campaign invites QDZ Fans worldwide to participate and create meaningful actions for society together.

In Thailand and Malaysia, 100 QDZ Fans actively joined beach clean-up activities. Under the professional guidance of PADI teams, QDZ volunteers and staff collected, sorted, and processed a total of 40kg of marine waste.

A QDZ member in Bangkok shared after the event:
"I was truly shocked to see the massive amount of waste on the beach. Before joining, I could never imagine how much harm it could cause to the ocean."

Alongside this initiative, QDZ also launched the global campaign #ShoringUpWithQDZ, encouraging people to share photos and stories about the ocean on social media. Through this campaign, QDZ hopes more people will become aware of the importance of ocean conservation and embrace the role of “ocean guardians” in their daily lives.

QDZ remains steadfast in its mission to minimize waste, increase the use of recycled materials, and spread the message of sustainability. Through the Earth Day 2024 campaign, QDZ aims to inspire collective efforts to protect the ocean, contributing to a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful planet for future generations.
